We hate to brag, but we’ve got a really good résumé. Our whole team boasts years of experience in HD video production, graphic and web design, visual effects, marketing and communications, social media, live event production, and last, but certainly not least, how to tell a good story. However, innovation doesn’t stop with education and experience. It takes a tight-knit group of leaders who are passionate about what they do. You’ll find those people below.

Lori Baerg – CEO
Lori is a consummate laugher and finds joy in the life she is blessed with. As Mama Bear of the Prizm team, Lori ensures that laughter is a continuation of creativity. Beware she’ll use her southern charm to convince you that you’d be crazy to not do business with Prizm.

Dave Baerg – CPO
Innovator, Engineer, and Director. David’s out of the box thinking causes others to look at him with confusion and yet laugh madly at his insane and creative approach. When David isn’t creating moments to remember, he is raising his sons. He marches to the melody of life!

Amy Coffman – Producer
Amy began her interactive media career with Prizm in 2000.  Ever enjoying the opportunity to learn something new, Amy has expanded her skills over the years to include Producing, Writing, Coordinating and Project Management.  Amy is most passionate about ALWAYS serving Prizm’s clients at the very highest standard.

Doug Johnston – Creative Director
Whether it’s playing the drums, taking photographs, drawing, graphic design or making films…Doug love to create stuff. He’s won a handful of awards for his film directing and VFX/Motion Graphics work including 1st Place for Short Narrative in the National BEA awards with his short film “PRETEND” in 2007.

Kenneth “KC” Ham – Video Editor, Associate Producer
From editor by day to DJ by night, KC always has a story for you. He takes that to the edit suite as well. What better way to tell your story than a story teller. KC also takes that communication to the social market with all of our, and our clients, social networking needs.

Eden Williams – Associate Producer, Assistant Editor
Writing with passion, imagination, and some warped humor, Eden has a healthy dose of business sense and an eye for detail. Eden has been known for her sunny attitude, beaming smile, and zest for life. She giggles at nearly everything – except poor grammar.
